Builder Registration Open House Event

Description

Let's join forces to help welcome home our community for the holidays! Builders with homes currently on the market can register to list their properties in our Holiday Open House Event, scheduled to be held December 7-8, 2024 from 11:00am-4:00pm. Builders interested in participating must be active members, in good standing with the Northshore Home Builders Association. 

Regulations

1. Homes must be new construction and move in ready by November 13th, the deadline for registration. 
2. Builders are responsible for staffing their properties during the event. 
3. Sponsoring Associates are left to the discretion of the participating Builder. 
4. Builders are encourage to have Open House Incentives, such as Hot Chocolate, Cookies, Decorations, etc. We suggest having these festivities be sponsored by your working associates. 
5. Please include one exterior photo, and two interior photos in your registration for promotional use. All photos should be labeled as Builder_#of Street Address_ Photo ID. For example, NHBA_29021_Kitchen. All other photos can be emailed to erika@northshorehba.org with the associated street address.

In consideration of acceptance for the right to participate in this event, you agree to abide by the above rules and regulations, in addition to holding Northshore Home Builders Association, Sponsors, and all those acting in a representative capacity harmless of known and unknown damages, injuries, judgements, or other such claims. You thereby discharge event officials of any liability and assume sole responsibility of risks for all person(s), including dependents, in addition to his or her property.
